Attorney Bios
Attorney Blake Lindemann graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State cum laude with merit scholarship. He completed an externship for the Honorable Randolph J. Haines, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Arizona. His practice is primarily focused on bankruptcy and debtor-creditor disputes, but also includes representation of parties in real estate litigation and structuring of business and real estate transactions. Recently, he represented certain California dealerships in the highly contentious and Chapter 11 case of Chrysler, LLC in the bankruptcy court for the southern district of New York.
In addition, Blake assist individuals and entities with out of court resolution of disputes concerning debtor-creditor-issues.
